Guest Information



Residents and guests of our community choose Grandview Resort for accommodations with spectacular views, serene forests, and well-maintained common areas.  Our owners have approved a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure this experience is available to all.  Here is an overview of points relevant to guests of our resort.


  • Resort wide speed limit is 14 MPH.

  • Please drive carefully and watch for guests walking and children playing.

  • Quiet hours are 11:00pm to 8:00am. To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests, we ask that guests refrain from any loud, unnecessary or excessive noise, music and voice levels during these hours.

  • Overnight street parking is not permitted within the resort. All cabins have off-street parking typically for 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is available for guests in the gravel lot behind the Wahoo Ziplines building.

  • Oversize vehicles such as RV's or vehicle towing trailers are required to park in the overflow lot at all times.

  • No littering. All garbage must be placed in the cabin provided bear proof trash container. Contact your cabin management company for overflow trash pickup.

  • Do not throw anything from your cabin's deck, porch or balcony.

  • Open flames are strictly prohibited. No fireworks, fire pits or charcoal grills of any kind are permitted.

  • Propane tanks stored on cabin decks are limited to 20 pounds.

  • All pets must be under direct control of their owners and may not run loose on the property. Pets should use common areas, not grass areas directly in front of cabins, to relieve themselves. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.

  • Never feed wild animals including stray cats and dogs.

  • All medical, fire or police emergencies should call 911.

Resort Swimming Pool 

  • The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather.

  • Please follow all pool rules as posted. Pool hours are 9am – Sunset.

  • Grandview's pool is for owners and their contracted guests only.

  • Our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

  • Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • No food of any kind is allowed in the pools.

  • No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pools or on the pool deck.

  • The pool pavilion cannot be reserved for large groups or parties. Decorations on the pavilion are not allowed.

  • Swim diapers must be worn by any child that is not potty trained.

  • Please clean up your area before leaving the pool area.
